Don't Have Your Library Card? There's an App for that!
Make Checkout Easier
For your security, we require a Library Card or ID to checkout material.
Good news? You always have your Library card with you simply by carrying your phone. Download the SWAN Libraries+ app, enter your library card number, and use it for checkout. You can also use the app to search our catalog and place holds.
While staff can look up your account using an ID or the photo on your account along with verifiable personal information, you need a card or permission to pick up holds for someone else. Luckily, the app has a great solution. Link card numbers for the entire family to your app. Toggle between cards when you need to pick-up material being held for a loved one.

Download SWAN Libraries+ via the Google Play or Apple Store

Search for Riverside Public Library

Enter your library card number and pin

Click on Card on the bottom of the app and display it at checkout
Add Linked Accounts

Click on Account at the bottom of the app

Click Linked Accounts

Click Add an Account

Enter their library card number and pin

You will now be able to toggle between linked accounts when you click on Card
