Summer Teen Volunteers

 

Open to Riverside students and D96 and RBHS students who will be entering grades 6 - 12 in Fall 2024.

Give back to the community...earn service hours...have fun…be a library volunteer!
 
 

What to do?

If you are interested in volunteering, you MUST sign up for and attend one of these orientations.
 
 

Orientation Dates:

Sunday, May 19 @ 2 pm
Monday, May 20 @ 6 pm 
Thursday, May 23 @ 4 pm 
Tuesday, May 28 @ 6 pm
Wednesday, May 29 @ 4 pm 
Saturday, June 1 @ 10 am
 

• Get a volunteer application here (PDF) or at the CYS desk in the library. Bring it with you to the orientation.

• If you know your summer schedule, you can get your first volunteer assignment at the orientation. Please bring dates/times when you are available for June - August.

• Library volunteer assignments are for approximately 2 hours per week.
