Join the Library’s Book Discussion Group. We meet in the Quiet Reading Room. Ask at the Reference Desk for more information or to reserve a copy of a discussion book. New members are always welcome! Please note some of the discussions take place during the afternoon.

Book Groups

BOOK SETS AVAILABLE FOR RIVERSIDE BOOK GROUPS TO CHECK OUT
Are you a member of a book discussion group? The Library has several sets of
discussion books that can be checked out for loan as a set. The set will need to be checked out on a Riverside Library Card and the card owner will be responsible for
the entire set of books.

1984 by George Orwell
Crime and Punishment by Dostoyevsky
The Murder of Roger Ackroyd by Agatha Christie
Persuasion by Jane Austen
Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen
Snow Flower and the Secret Fan by Lisa See
The Year of Magical Thinking by Joan Didion

LIBRARY CARD OFFER FOR BOOK GROUPS If you are a member of a book group that meets in Riverside, you can apply for a Library Card for your group's discussion books. Call Sharon Shroyer (442-6366 ext. 122) or email her at shroyers@riversidelibrary.org for details. This card would be valid for one year.
