Riverside Reading Circle Art Anyone can express themselves by Watercolor Journalingl Wednesday, June 16th @ 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 14th, @ 7 p.m. This class will introduce people to watercolor journaling and enhance the skills of those who have taken previous classes. We will follow step-bystep instructions to make a watercolor journal unique to you. Chinese brush painting technique and other techniques will be explored. Materials will be available for purchase or you may bring your own. Please register at the Reference Desk, or call 708-442-6366. Spaces are limited. |

Children aren't the only ones to like to read (or listen to books on
CD) in the Summertime! Last year 232 Riverside residents registered
for the Library's Summer Reading Program. Seventy-eight people turned
in completed reading logs. Can we exceed 232 people this year? Join
your friends and neighbors to MAKE WAVES AT YOUR LIBRARY. When
you register for the program you'll receive a book log. The first 40
people to read (or listen to) five books between June 1 and July 30
will be awarded a Water Your Mind sticky note cube. Your registration
packet will include everything you need to get started plus a couple
of freebies.
